We are available 24/7, we work weekends, evenings and Xmas! to ensure that you are looked after in every possible way, we will go that extra mile to ensure we find the right candidates for your business, this could include interviewing people after work or at weekends to creating CV’s and helping candidates through the recruitment process to picking a candidates up at home at 6am and inducting them and taking them on site for their first day
We care about the candidates we deal with and have built up many long standing relationships with both candidates and clients, some of our candidates have become clients and vice versa
If we do not have the right candidate we will always be honest and say this and look at alternative ways of recruiting the right person
We do not specialise in any area of recruitment, we work to each individual job and person specification separately, we take time to understand your need and tailor our service so that we are a solution to your problem, we cover temporary and permanent from a 1 day cleaner to a permanent IT Director and everything in-between
We are able to keep our overheads down to a minimum so that we can keep our pricing as competitive as possible
We are flexible and work quickly, working around your requirements. Depending on the vacancy, we can have a turnaround within a few hours from you giving us a vacancy.
On many occasions we have started supplying a company with other recruitment agencies and after we have proven ourselves the company has made us sole supplier.
