The Clever Fish Recruitment, a family run, independently owned recruitment business based in Huddersfield. With over 16 year’s industry experience recruiting at both a local and national level, The Clever Fish Recruitment was established by Adam & Victoria Dyson following growing demand from clients and candidates looking for a reliable, honest and fair recruitment service.
THE PROBLEM
Working for a number of high street and specialist recruiters over the years, one comes to appreciate the importance ‘the little differences’ can make. All too often recruitment companies focus their attention on meeting corporate sales targets, achieving commission structures, adhering to Key performance indicators and generally adopting a ‘bums on seats’ approach.
As one can appreciate, as agencies grow in size, their focus tends to shift away from what’s really important, what we like to call ‘The little differences’. All too often this is a bi-product of large unnecessary overheads, progressive commission structures and exaggerated fees which are invariably passed onto you.
THE SOLUTION

You see, here at the 'The Clever Fish Recruitment' we are not driven by aggressive sales targets, commission structures and volume business. We are an independently owned and financed recruitment business, managed and directed by my wife Victoria and myself.
Both Victoria and Myself upheld the belief that ‘The Clever Fish Recruitment’ would provide a platform for us to launch a service which was different to other high street recruiters. An organisation, which is more concerned with providing an honest, fair, and friendly service, a company which focused on providing the ‘little differences’.
To that end, our sole driving force, and the fundamental reason for establishing ‘The Clever Fish Recruitment’ was in response to demands from both our clients and candidates who were simply looking for a fair, honest and cost effective recruitment service.
